Our client, a global healthcare leader is seeking to appoint, to their ParisTeam an:
In house counsel
Under the responsibility of the Director of Product Management & Defense, the candidate will intervene at a European and international level, particularly in the areas of pharmaceutical law and medical, product liability, crisis management, communication and social media.
The main tasks of the candidate will be:
• Provide legal advice to all operational functions of regulatory, pharmacovigilance and medical,
• Monitor the transverse subjects in coordination with the Director,
• Develop collaboration with business, other support functions and the various legal functions (corporate, regional, foreign subsidiaries, divisions ...)
• Draft contracts,
• Participate in the management of crises.
• In higher legal education (bac + 5 minimum) in business law and pharmaceutical law (drugs and medical devices);
• Knowledge of Internet law would be an advantage;
• Minimum 7 years professional experience in international business and / or law firm in the areas of the station;
• Excellent writing skills;
• Perfectly fluent in English, both spoken and written.
